Lisa Crawford joined Swift Kennedy & Associates in 2005 and was promoted to the position of Regional Vice President.

Lisa is currently responsible for sales and development in Centre County and the surrounding regions.  In this capacity, she works with companies to improve their benefits with the long-term goal of reducing their overall spending.  She does this by educating her clients on a variety of alternative funding solutions and overlay programs to reduce the cost of healthcare.

With over 30 years of industry experience, Lisa’s clients consistently comment on how hard she works for them and how helpful she is in guiding them through healthcare reform and compliance.  In coordination with her account management team, she manages a book of business with clients ranging from manufacturing to transportation, health & human services, hospitality, and municipality.

Prior to joining Swift Kennedy, Lisa was a Regional Manager for Geisinger Health Plan. As a Penn State University graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Policy Administration, Lisa enjoys cheering on the Nittany Lions each season.  She resides in State College, PA with her husband Doug and enjoys travelling with her children, Victoria, Haley and Matt, as well as golfing with her golden retriever Milo.
